What we keep, and why.

Short version: we keep what you type into our forms, we use it for the reason you gave it to us, and we never sell or share it.

The first-access list

When you join, we keep your email, your first name if you gave it, what you said you were interested in, the exact wording you agreed to, and the time you agreed. That record is what Canada's anti-spam law asks us to keep. We use it to send you opening news and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it right away.

Corporate and event requests

We keep your name, email, phone and company if you gave them, and what you asked for. We use them to reply to your request and to fulfil an order if you place one.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we keep your message and our reply so we can answer you and follow up on what we agreed. Only the owner and the person who runs our systems can read them.

Opening weekend invitations

If someone sends you an invitation link, we keep the name and email you enter so we can hold your box and tell you the date. If you also tick the box to hear from us, that is a separate choice and you can undo it anytime.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We do not share it with sponsors or partners. A sponsor who gives away boxes sees only which invitation codes were used and a first name.
• We do not set advertising cookies on this site.

Where it lives

Our forms write to a private database managed by our hosting provider, protected so that only Tamré staff can read it. We keep the record for as long as you are on the list or your order needs it, then remove it.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email, or write to hello@tamregourmet.ca to see, correct or delete what we hold. We answer within ten business days.
