What's coming
Everything is roasted, dipped or packed here, in small batches. Sold by the piece, by the box, or by the bag for your pantry.
Pistachios, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and peanuts, roasted in the shop in small batches. Salted, lemon-salted, smoked, or plain.
Medjool, Sukkari, Ajwa and more, in different grades and sizes. Soft, dark, honeyed. The fruit our name comes from.
Dates filled with pistachio, hazelnut, almond or peanut butter, dipped in dark chocolate, finished in roasted nuts. Choose your six or eight and watch them boxed.
Lokum in the classic flavours, and coffee brewed for you while you choose, or ground fine to take home.
Gifting
Curated boxes ready to go. A pick-your-own counter for the box that is exactly them. Platters for the table. Made in Kitchener, delivered across Waterloo Region.
First access
We are building the shop now. First access means you hear first, taste first, and get first pick when the holiday boxes go on sale.
Corporate & events
Boxes and platters made fresh for the date you choose, with your card or your logo on the sleeve. Holiday and large orders can be placed now and delivered locally, even before the doors open.

We are a nut business. Everything we make is handled alongside tree nuts, peanuts and sesame. Every box carries an allergen card, and we will always tell you plainly what is in it.

Pick up at the shop and local delivery in Waterloo Region at opening. Courier shipping in the cooler months, once the boxes have proven they travel.
